Home Watch

We also utilize a software for reporting, Homewatch IT. The report will be sent via email after every visit with detailed items and pictures. The software will be tailored to your home as no home is the same.

We inspect every water source, windows and openings for damage, vandalism/break-ins, pool/spa, landscape/yard, irrigation, dock, Seawall, garage, vehicles and boats. Inside we: measure the temperature and humidity levels, flush toilets, sinks, showers and tubs for leaks. We check on electrical panel, hot-water heaters, water systems, Pest infestations, fridge and freezers, noise, alarms and beeps.

Including dry runs before hurricane season starts, Storm preparations and post storm damage reporting. Living here for almost 20 years, I have most sub-contractors on speed dial and can reduce any potential damage before it gets worse.

Vehicle and Marine Service

As a certified mechanic I will make sure your vehicle is over seen, prepared for long-term parking in your garage is one of many of the car services we provide, including receiving and sending cars to your other home. Start/idle your car to normal operating temperature, etc.

As a previous Navy Mechanic I can identify potential issues and make a tailored checklist for your boat/Yacht.

We can also recommend trusted and certified Marine service providers including Captain up to 100 tons if the vessel needs to be moved.

Handyman

Small jobs and regular service, Changing batteries in smoke detectors and other battery powered devices at your home. A/C filter at a regular schedule.

If it’s out of our scope, we have trusted and known professionals in all fields to recommend.

Key Holder Service

As needed service for the clients that needs our assistance and not one of our HomeWatch subscriber.
